This talk, which was part of the 2022 EXPO Chicago /Dialogues programming, features a discussion between artist Derrick Adams, Tandem Press director Paula Panczenko, and Tandem Press Collaborative Printmaker Jason Ruhl. The panelists discuss the creative process behind Adams’ new print edition with Tandem Press, titled Silver Lining, which was commissioned by EXPO Chicago. Ruhl discusses the print production process while Adams gives context to his use of color and pattern and how this piece relates to an ongoing body of work titled “Mood Boards”. This discussion was presented in partnership with the International Fine Art Print Dealers Association and was moderated by Jenny Gibbs, the Executive Director of IFPDA. It took place Sunday, April 10, 2022, at EXPO Chicago.
